Advanced Care Planning: 5 Wishes Booklet

It’s always better to plan before advanced care directives are necessary. Join us as Staci Isley, from Care Initiatives Hospice, will teach us how to plan for our own advanced care or help a loved one plan. Staci will also introduce the Five Wishes booklet, which has been an effective guide during these very difficult conversations and decisions. This event will be held on February 22nd at 10AM in the library.
